From New York City via
the Holland Tunnel
- Exit Holland Tunnel and follow signs for Routes 1 &
9 south (which is the direct line from the tunnel).
- Stay on the left side of road on Routes 1 & 9 south,
which leads you onto the Pulasky Skyway (DO NOT TAKE EXIT TO ROUTES
1 & 9 TRUCK ROUTE!!!)
- Proceed on Pulaski Skyway approximately 4 miles to the
South Kearny exit (on the left side of the road). Take the South Kearny
exit and make a left at the end of the ramp.
- Take the next left (Second Street).
- Take Second Street to first light (Central Avenue) and
make a right.
- Straight ahead. Travel approximately ½ mile –
River Terminal is on your right (a large building – six floors
– with a tower on each end).
- Follow signs to River Terminal visitors Parking (next
to Valley National Bank Parking Area).

Via New Jersey Turnpike – North or
South
From the South or North NJ Turnpike take Exit 15E – pay toll –
and bear right (east). Follow signs to Jersey City/Truck Route 1 &
9 North. Cross over first bridge (Passaic River) and stay in the right
lane. Take the 2nd right, which will say Central Avenue/Kearny.
Stay to your extreme right of the fork in the road as you
approach Central Avenue. You will see a sign saying “River Terminal
Development Company – Straight Ahead”. River Terminal will
be on your right (a long building with a tower on each end). You will
also see a sign for Valley National Bank. Enter into the circular driveway,
follow driveway around past the drive-in booths of the bank, and park
in the visitor’s parking lot for River Terminal (RTD). Walk through
the gates and come up to the 6th floor reception area.
From Newark Airport
Take Route 1 & 9 North, local lanes towards Jersey City. Star in the
right lane – Truck Route 1 & 9 (Do not get up onto the Pulaski
Skyway passenger Route 1 & 9). Cross over the first bridge (Passaic
River) and stay in the right lane. Take the 2nd right, which will say
Central Avenue/Kearny.
Stay to your extreme right of the fork in the road as you
approach Central Avenue. Follow the directions in last paragraph above
to continue.
- NJ Turnpike South to Exit 6
- Follow signs for Route 130 South
- Make first right turn on Route 130 (150 ft.)
- Make right at Stop Sign and follow road around
- Bear left onto Cedar Lane
500 Cedar Lane is the first driveway on your right.
